Vintage 1950s black and silver chrome spun lurex cocktail dress in a good size
Dress is in excellent condition - no pulls and snags as often seen in this fabric.

The skirt is Slimline cut from the front with a deep inset godet pleat at centre back that gives movement and a fabulous swish when walking or dancing
The bodice has a cowl type collar that sits on the edge of the shoulders, with insert panels that sit comfortably on the wearers shoulders - keeping everything in place. At the back the collar separates into twin points and is trimmed with a self fabric bow.
Dress is a good size - hard to find -

Hips free - due to the big panel at the back
Length waist to hem 30 inches
Underarm to waist 7.5 inches
